What to Expect: From Arrival to Aid

Not all emergencies are equal— but they’re all important.

Here’s what happens when you arrive:

Upon arrival, you will undergo a streamlined triage process to determine your care level and timing. Please report to Reception, inform them of your need for emergency services, and you’ll be directed to the designated Triage Nurse for a quick assessment to establish the urgency of your condition.

You will be assigned one of the following priority levels:

Life-threatening medical or trauma condition requiring instant care. Prioritize and treat without delay.

Urgent medical or trauma condition. Attend to after stabilizing Immediate Emergency (Red) cases.

Urgent medical or trauma condition. Attend to after stabilizing Immediate Emergency (Red) cases.

Non-critical condition or follow-up care. Attend to after stabilizing all higher-priority cases.

After triage, you, a family member, and our dedicated staff will collaborate with the hospital to create your file.

Please prepare the following:

Our doctor will evaluate you as soon as possible, based on your triage priority (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green).

Expect potential wait times during peak hours.

Following the assessment, you’ll receive tailored treatment, which may involve special investigations

(e.g., pathology, radiology) or allied health services.

The treating doctor will then develop a plan, which could include discharge,

admission, or transfer to a facility offering a higher level of care.

For non-urgent concerns, we offer referrals to trusted GPs and outpatient providers.
